09 June 2014; Dubai, UAE: Depa Limited announces that the Voting Instruction Form (the “Form”), which was attached to the Notice of the Annual General Meeting 2014 and released on 3rdJune 2014, has been amended.
The Form attached to that notice included a table designed for seven resolutions, while the actual number of resolutions is nine. The amended Formis attached herewith and can also be found on our company’s website at www.depa.com.
Please note that all other forms attached to our notice released on 3rd June 2014 are correct and remain unchanged.
Please also ensure that this amended Form is used when completing and returning voting instructions. Any votes submitted using the incorrect version of the form will be invalid.
