Dubai, UAE; 26 August 2014: Depa Limited (Nasdaq Dubai: Depa), one of the world’s leading interior contracting companies, announces that on 25th August 2014 the Board approved the appointment of Eng. El Sayed Zakaria Mohamed Ibrahim as an interim Board member. A permanent arrangement will be discussed and determined during the Board’s next formal meeting.
Mr Ibrahim is the Managing Partner, Architecture & Planning Group since 1987; a Company which has been involved in a range of high profile architectural projects in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. He is also Chairman of Aman Siwa Co. LLC and Chairman of al Zaytoon Investments LLC. Mr Ibrahim studied Architecture at Alexandria University. He is a member of the Egyptian Society of Engineers, the Society of Engineers (UAE) and Founder of the Egyptian Businessmen Board in Abu Dhabi.
