NOTICE OF CHANGE OF DEPOSITARY BANK 31 May 2016; Dubai, UAE: Depa Limited [LSE: DEPS, the ""Company""] announces that a new deposit agreement (amended and restated Regulation S and Rule 144A Deposit Agreement relating to a Deposit Agreement dated 23 April 2008) (the ""Agreement"") for the issuance of global depositary receipts (the ""GDR Programme"") with The Bank of New York Mellon shall be effective from 31 May 2016. The Bank of New York Mellon replaces Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as depositary for the Company under the Agreement effective from 31 May 2016. The custodian under the GDR Programme, Deutsche Bank AG, Amsterdam shall also be replaced by HSBC Bank Middle East Limited with effect from today, 31 May 2016.
