Dubai, UAE; 27 May 2012: Depa Limited (ticker: DEPA) confirms the appointment of Mr Chris Foll as a Non-Executive Director of the Board. He was selected by the Nomination Committee as a representative of Gulf Capital, a major shareholder in the Company.
Mr Foll is Chief Financial Officer of Gulf Capital. He joined Gulf Capital in 2010 from Hutchison Telecommunications International. He has over 27 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, and has worked across a range of sectors including Agribusiness, manufacturing, resources, building materials and telecommunications.
Mr Foll holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt) from the University of Pretoria, RSA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Mr Foll is on the board of several leading private companies including Gulf Marine Services (GMS) Group and Metito Holding Limited.
