On 1 September 2008, Depa Limited (“Depa” or “the Company”) received notification from Mr. Mohannad Sweid, Chief Executive Officer of Depa as follows:
On 25 August 2008, Mr. Mohannad Sweid, CEO of Depa acquired 2634 shares in the Company, at a price of $1.16 each.
On 26 August 2008, Mr Mohannad Sweid, CEO of Depa acquired 484,246 shares in the Company, at a price of $1.18 each.
On 27 August 2008, Mr Mohannad Sweid, CEO of Depa acquired 2000 shares in the Company, at a price of $1.20 each.
On 28 August 2008, Mr Mohannad Sweid, CEO of Depa acquired 16,200 shares in the Company, at a price of $1.25 each.
On 29 August 2008, Mr Mohannad Sweid, CEO of Depa acquired 2000 shares in the Company, at a price of $1.28 each.
Following the above transactions, Mr. Mohannad Sweid, CEO of Depa holds the following number of Depa ordinary shares: 11,372,860 ordinary shares representing 2% of the issued share capital.
