Notification of Transactions by a Director
On 29 October 2008, Depa Limited (“Depa” or “the Company”) received notification from Mr. Abdullah Al-Mazrui, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Depa Ltd, as follows:
On 13 October 2008, Mr. Abdullah Al-Mazrui acquired 330,000 shares in the Company, at a price of $0.59 each.
On 14 October 2008, Mr. Abdullah Al-Mazrui acquired 670,000 shares in the Company, at a price of $0.59 each.
On 15 October 2008, Mr. Abdullah Al-Mazrui acquired 700,000 shares in the Company, at a price of $0.61 each.
Following the above transactions, Mr. Abdullah Al-Mazrui holds 56,466,513 ordinary shares representing 9% of the issued share capital, up from 8.7%.
