Mr. Thamer Alharthi was appointed as Independent External Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Depa PLC on 15 December 2025. He also serves as a Board Member of Abunayyan Holding, where he chairs its Nomination & Remuneration Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committees of SISCO Holding, Jamjoom Pharma, SEDCO Capital, and Tawrid Company for Financing Solutions. Mr. Alharthi is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Consultant&. Mr. Alharthi brings over 25 years of executive experience with leading regional and multinational organizations, including Unilever, Fonterra, Saudi National Bank, and Bupa Arabia, among others. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University.
