Mr. Mussab AlKhudairi

Non – Executive Director

Mr. Mussab AlKhudairi was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Depa Board on 26 June 2025 for a three-year term. He is currently the Head of the Center of Excellence Department within the Local Real Estate Investment Division at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he leads operational and strategic initiatives across key real estate portfolios. Prior to this, Mr. AlKhudairi served as Senior Director within the same division at PIF, and as Managing Partner at Saudi Taab Contracting Company. He began his career at  Al  Latifia  Trading  &  Contracting  Co.,  where  he  held  several  positions  including  Site  Engineer, Procurement  Manager,  and  Assistant  Chief  Executive  Officer  –  Project  Operations  &  Business Development. Mr. AlKhudairi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Emphasis) from Purdue University, USA.
