Mr. Muteb Al Shathri

Non – Executive Chairman

With extensive experience in investment and corporate governance, Mr. Al Shathri leads the Depa Board with a focus on driving strategic growth. Mr. Al Shathri was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Depa Board on 23 March 2022 and as Non-Executive Chairman of the Depa Board on 1 June 2022. He was reappointed to the Depa Board on 26 June 2025 for a three-year term. Mr. Al Shathri is a senior director within the MENA Investments Division at the Public Investment Fund (“PIF”) since 2021. He is also a board member of ADES International Holding PLC, amongst others. Mr. Al Shathri holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
