Mr. Sadhak Bindal

Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr. Sadhak Bindal was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Depa PLC on 23 March 2022, and was subsequently appointed as an Independent Non – Executive Director on 28 August 2024. Mr. Bindal was a Director of the MENA Securities Investments Division at PIF, which he joined in 2020. His previous positions include (among others) Head of Private Equity at Miras Investments (from 2017 to 2020), Senior Associate at Tata Capital Growth Fund (from 2014 to 2017) and Associate at J.P. Morgan (from 2008 to 2012). He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management; a Bachelor in Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology; and is a CFA charter holder.
