Mr. Sadhak Bindal

Non – Executive Director

Mr. Sadhak Bindal was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Depa Board on 23 March 2022. He was reappointed to the Depa Board on 26 June 2025 for a three-year term. Mr. Bindal was a Director of the MENA  Securities  Investments  Division  at  PIF,  which  he  joined  in  2020.  His  previous  positions  include (among others) Head of Private Equity at Miras Investments (2017 - 2020), Senior Associate at Tata Capital Growth Fund (2014 - 2017) and Associate at J.P. Morgan (from 2008 to 2012). He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, and is a CFA Charter holder.
