Mr. Sadhak Bindal was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Depa PLC on 23 March 2022. Mr. Bindal is a director of the MENA Securities Investments Division in PIF, which he joined in 2020. His previous positions include (among others) acting as a portfolio manager at Miras Investments (from 2017 to 2020), Senior Associate at Tata Capital Growth Fund (from 2014 to 2017) and an associate at J.P. Morgan (from 2008 to 2012). He holds a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bachelor in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology and is a CFA charter holder.
