An accomplished finance executive with 29 years of experience across corporate finance, investments, and holding companies. Eyad brings extensive experience and a strong understanding of the financial and operational dynamics of the contracting and construction industry as well as a significant background in managing capital-intensive portfolios and complex corporate structures. 

He has a strong track record advising Boards, shareholders, and institutional investors and has demonstrated capability in driving sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

His expertise encompasses capital structure optimization, treasury and banking relationships, balance sheet restructuring, readiness and capital markets preparation, regulatory compliance and governance transformation, investor relations and shareholder engagement, and enterprise transformation. 

Eyad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, an Executive MBA from Cass Business School, London and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
