With nearly two decades of international Human Resources experience, Mahmoud Al Sabbagh joined Depa in 2007 and has undertaken roles from Project HR to Group HR Director. Mahmoud specialises in establishing productive business relationships, resolving critical human capital issues and incorporating creative leadership to achieve strong business objectives.

Appointed as Group Chief Human Resources Officer in October 2023, Mahmoud has extensive experience in leading HR strategies across some of the GCC’s most prestigious and complex projects.

Mahmoud holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Damascus and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Al Ghurair University.
