Nader Mardini is an accomplished finance executive with over three decades of experience across regional and international companies, specialising in corporate finance, financial management, and strategic value creation.

Appointed as Chief Financial Officer in August 2022, Nader has made an extensive contribution to sustainable growth strategy and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Nader has held senior finance leadership roles at C-Level spanning the construction, manufacturing, power and facilities management sectors. Nader specialises in driving value creation through financial due diligence, risk management, financial digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Nader holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Global Finance and Banking from Kings College London and a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from the Lebanese American University.
