Generated revenue of AED 1,032.4 million, reflecting an increase from AED 700.5 million in H1 2025. |

Generated net profit for the period of AED 98.8 million (H1 2025: AED 84.3 million), supported by strong project execution, contract management and cost discipline. |

Backlog |
Our backlog remains robust at AED 2,489.7 million, demonstrating growth compared to AED 2,399.6 million at 31 December 2025. |

Cash position |
Maintained strong cash balances, with cash and cash equivalents amounting to AED 1,071.0 million as at 30 June 2026, reflecting an increase from AED 359.1 million as at 31 December 2025, mainly due to the rights issue proceeds received during the period. |

Generated AED 1,032.4 million, up by AED 331.9 million (H1 2025: AED 700.5 million). |

Expenses |
Incurred AED 924.8 million, up by AED 308.8 million (H1 2025: AED 616.0 million). |

Net expected credit loss allowance |
Recorded net reversal of expected credit loss allowance on financial and contract assets of AED 5.4 million (H1 2025: AED 13.8 million) primarily related to settlement with customers in Depa Interiors. |

Contributed profit of AED 1.8 million (H1 2025: nil). |

Net finance income |
Recorded net finance income of AED 9.3 million (H1 2025: AED 2.3 million net finance expense). |

Income tax expense |
Recognised AED 25.3 million (H1 2025: AED 11.7 million). |

Generated net profit for the period of AED 98.8 million (H1 2025: AED 84.3 million). |

Operating activities |
Net cash generated from operating activities amounted to AED 22.1 million (H1 2025: AED 82.1 million). |

Investing activities |
Net cash used in investing activities amounted to AED 19.3 million (H1 2025: AED 70.4 million). |

Financing activities |
Net cash generated from financing activities amounted to AED 717.6 million (H1 2025: outflow of AED 7.8 million), primarily attributable to net movement in bank borrowings and net proceeds received from the rights issue during the period. |

Foreign exchange differences |
Foreign exchange differences contributed to AED 8.5 million negative movement (H1 2025: AED 13.0 million positive) in the reported cash and cash equivalents. |

Cash and cash equivalents balance |
The Group ended the period with cash and cash equivalents of AED 1,071.0 million (H1 2025: 322.5 million) excluding restricted cash. |
|
Liquidity management |
Maintained a strong liquidity position and collaborated with long-standing relationship banks to secure the required bonding facilities. |
|
Cash and bank balances |
The Group reported cash and bank balances of AED 1,213.6 million (31 December 2025: AED 489.3 million), including restricted cash. |

Assets |
Total assets amounted to AED 2,411.6 million (31 December 2025: AED 1,515.7 million), of which AED 1,944.9 million are current (31 December 2025: AED 1,080.1 million). |

Liabilities |
Total liabilities amounted to AED 1,037.7 million (31 December 2025: AED 875.4 million), of which AED 784.2 million are current (31 December 2025: AED 723.6 million). |

Equity |
Equity attributable to equity holders of the parent stood at AED 1,388.8 million (31 December 2025: AED 644.0 million). |

Share capital |
As at 30 June 2026, the Group's issued ordinary shares amounted to 618,452,753 and issued Ordinary Class A shares amounted to 3,188,518,519. |
