Depa Limited (“Depa”), the leading global interior solutions group, confirmed in its announcement dated 1 February 2018 the expected timings in respect of the conversion of its listing currency on the Nasdaq Dubai from US Dollar to UAE Dirhams.
Further to this announcement and following its discussions with Nasdaq Dubai, Depa can confirm no trading halt will be required prior to the commencement of trading Depa shares in UAE Dirhams. The expected date of commencement of trading of Depa shares in UAE Dirhams is 18 March 2018. Accordingly, the last day of trading of Depa’s shares in US Dollars on Nasdaq Dubai will be 15 March 2018.
The trading symbol for Depa (DEPA:DU) will remain unchanged as a result of the conversion.

إضافة إلى هذا الإعلان وبعد مناقشاته مع ناسدك دبي، أصبح بإمكان ديبا أن تؤكد أنه لن تكون هناك حاجة إلى وقف التداول قبل بدء تداول أسهم ديبا بالدرهم الإماراتي.
التاريخ المتوقع لبدء التداول في أسهم ديبا بالدرهم الإماراتي هو 18 مارس 2018.
