Depa Interiors Group and its global network of associated companies are committed to delivering uncompromised quality to its stakeholders while protecting the environment and ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy workplace for all its employees. The responsibility to carry out a sustainable business and to respect the communities and environments in which we operate is taken seriously.

Depa Group has established, documented, and implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) that focuses on Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE), in accordance with local and global requirements and best practices, including the ISO standards.

Innovative and clean manufacturing processes, a robust health and safety program, sustainable procurement and an energy management program are continuously evaluated in accordance with the standards ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001.

Depa Group is committed to a sustainable market approach that reduces the Group’s environmental footprint and improves its environmental performance. In 2018, Depa Interiors and DSG achieved the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody Certification which verifies that FSC-certified material has been identified and separated from non-certified and non-controlled material as it makes its way along the supply chain. Additionally, Depa Interiors and DSG have updated their production manuals to ensure their factories run in accordance to the FSC certification. Thanks to this recognition, the above KBUs can use the FSC label for their final products which provides assurance to clients regarding the origin of the material used in their products.

The enhancement of the Waste Management System and an emphasis on local procurement align with a focus on the longevity of the company. The Group puts emphasis on continuous investments in the research and use of alternative materials, which are more sustainable from both an environmental and a health and safety perspective.

Depa Group is committed to collaborating with its clients in an effort to deliver more sustainable projects and has the capabilities in place to address various requirements. The Group has successfully completed several projects certified with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) international green building rating system and the UAE Estidama rating system. LEED is the world’s most widely used third-party verification for green buildings and Estidama is the local Abu Dhabi green building rating system.
